How to use in Morning

1. Take 1 Herbal Aloe Plus Tablet (250 mL)

  • Take 1 Herbal Aloe Plus Tablet with 250 mL of plain water.

2. 15 Mins after Taking Aloe Plus Tablet: Take Proper breakfast

  • Take your healthy breakfast.

3. 15 Mins after Your breakfast: Drink Formula 1 Shake and Personalized Protein Powder (300 mL)

  • 3 Flat spoons of F1 (Nutritional Shake Mix) and 1 Flat spoons of F3 (Personalized Protein Powder) in 300 mL milk.
  • If you decided to use a blender (mixer) to mix them, do not blend for more than 5 seconds or you will damage the nutrients contained in F1.


How to use in Afternoon

1. Take healthy Lunch

  • Include fruits and green vegetables in your lunch if possible

** can switch with a Shake if your dinner is a Normal meal.
