How to use in Morning

1. Drink Fresh Water

  • 2 – 3 glass of plain water early morning would clean your whole digestive system.

2. 15 Mins after Your Drinking Water: Take Proper breakfast

  • Take your healthy breakfast.

3. 15 Mins after Your breakfast: Drink Formula 1 Shake and Personalized Protein Powder (300 mL)

  • 3 Flat spoons of F1 (Nutritional Shake Mix) and 1 Flat spoons of F3 (Personalized Protein Powder) in 300 mL milk.
  • If you decided to use a blender (mixer) to mix them, do not blend for more than 5 seconds or you will damage the nutrients contained in F1.

4. Immediately after Shake: Take 1 Multivitamin Mineral and Herb Tablet (100mL)

  • Take 1 Multivitamin Tablet immediately after shake with 100ml of plain water.


How to use in Afternoon

1. Take healthy Lunch

  • Include fruits and green vegetables in your lunch if possible

2. Immediately after Your Lunch: Take 1 Multivitamin Mineral and Herb (F2) Tablet (100mL)

  • Take 1 Multivitamin Tablet immediately after shake with 100ml of plain water.

** can switch with a Shake if your dinner is a Normal meal.


How to use in Night

1. Take your proper Dinner

  • Include fruits and green vegetables in your dinner if possible
