Where to buy Herbalife products

Shopping websites and other shops

Unauthorised sellers offer Herbalife products on shopping websites such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Snapdeal. Herbalife has given the same warning about medical stores and departmental stores. Those sellers present themselves as authorised.

Herbalife sells through Independent Associates. It does not sell on those websites, and it does not authorise Associates to sell there. It does not confirm that a product from one of those sellers is genuine.

Guarantees

Herbalife’s gold standard guarantee and its 30-day money-back guarantee apply when you buy from an Associate. They do not cover a product bought from an unauthorised seller, and Herbalife does not confirm the quality or authenticity of that product.

If you bought from Herbalife or from an Independent Associate and you are not satisfied, you can ask for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days. The preferred-customer line for that refund is 1800-102-2444.

For a product bought on a shopping website, call Herbalife Associate Service on 080-40311444, Monday to Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. IST.

Messages that ask for money or a code

Herbalife also warns people about a different problem: suspicious texts, calls, WhatsApp, and social-media messages, including lottery offers, and people pretending to be Herbalife officials who ask for personal details, an OTP, a QR-code scan, or a payment. Herbalife says it is not liable for those messages.
