Are the Herbalife products you supply genuine?

Yes. We supply Herbalife products through Herbalife India's Associate channel, which is how Herbalife says its products should be bought. Every product we supply carries a barcode that can be verified. Ask us when it reaches you, and we will show you how to check it.

Are Herbalife products FSSAI approved?

Yes. Herbalife products sold in India are FSSAI approved, and each pack shows the FSSAI licence number on its label. They are food and nutrition products, not medicines.

Can I buy Herbalife products online in India?

Yes, through an Independent Herbalife Associate (distributor). Herbalife India does not sell on Amazon, Flipkart, or other shopping websites, so the genuine way to get Herbalife products online is to contact an Associate such as HerbalProductKart. Why shouldn't I buy Herbalife products on Amazon or Flipkart?

Herbalife India says it does not sell on Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, or other shopping websites, and it does not allow its Associates to sell there. It has warned that counterfeit and tampered Herbalife products are sold on those websites by sellers who present themselves as authorised.

What is Herbalife's 30-day money-back guarantee?

If you buy a Herbalife product from Herbalife or from an Independent Associate and you are not satisfied, Herbalife India's refund policy lets you ask for a refund of the purchase price within 30 days of receiving it. Tell us first, and we will help you with the request. Herbalife's preferred-customer line for refunds is 1800-102-2444.

How do I check the expiry date?

Every Herbalife pack shows its manufacturing and expiry dates on the label. Before you decide, ask us and we will tell you the dates on the stock we can supply.

Why is there no cart or online payment on this website?

HerbalProductKart is a product catalogue, not an online shop. Herbalife products are sold through Independent Associates who talk you through them, so we keep it a conversation: you tell us what interests you, and we help you choose.

Does sharing my Interest commit me to buy?

How many Formula 1 flavours are there?

This catalogue lists Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix in 10 flavours: Banana Caramel, Dates Caramel, Dutch Chocolate, Kulfi, Mango, Orange Cream, Paan, Rose Kheer, Strawberry and Vanilla. Kulfi, Mango, Rose Kheer and Vanilla also come in a 750 g pack. Compare them in Protein Nutrition.

How do I prepare a Formula 1 shake, and how many scoops?

The label on the Indian Formula 1 flavours says to measure 25 g of powder, which is three scoops, and blend, shake, or stir it with 300 ml of skimmed milk. Some labels also give a method with ShakeMate and water. Follow the method on your pack.

Where can I see the ingredients and nutrition of a Herbalife product?

Every product page lists the ingredients from the label, for example Formula 1 Dutch Chocolate, Herbalife24 Hydrate, Afresh Kashmiri Kahwa and ShakeMate.

How much protein is in a Herbalife Formula 1 shake?

Herbalife India lists about 9 g of protein in a 25 g serving (three scoops) of Formula 1 Rose Kheer powder. Mixing it with milk adds more. Personalized Protein Powder adds 5 g of protein per serving, and two scoops of ShakeMate give over 10 g.

What is Herbalife Personalized Protein Powder and how is it used?

Personalized Protein Powder is a neutral-tasting blend of whey and soy protein that adds 5 g of protein per serving. You can mix it into a Formula 1 shake, a smoothie, soup, or sauce, using the serving on the label. It comes in 200 g and 400 g tubs.

Are Herbalife products veg or non-veg?

Check the mark on the pack: a green dot means vegetarian and a brown dot means non-vegetarian. In this catalogue, Herbalifeline® contains fish oil and gelatin, and HN Skin Booster contains fish collagen. Every other product page lists its ingredients from the label.

Do any Herbalife products contain caffeine?

Yes. The Afresh energy drink mixes, Liftoff, and Herbal Control list caffeine in their ingredients. You can compare them in Energy & Hydration. If you avoid caffeine, check the label before you choose.

What is Herbalife Vritilife?

Vritilife® is Herbalife's Ayurvedic range, made with Ayurvedic herbs following Ayurvedic principles. It includes Triphala, Immune Health, Brain Health, and a skin care range that starts with the Facial Cleanser.

What are Herbalife nutrition products used for?

They are everyday nutrition products. Formula 1 is a meal replacement shake, Personalized Protein Powder adds protein to a shake or a meal, and Formula 2 is a daily multivitamin, mineral and herbal tablet. Each product page describes what the label says the product is for. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

How is Formula 1 used for weight management?

The label says to use Formula 1 along with a calorie-restricted diet and moderate physical activity, replacing one or two meals a day. It is not a total diet replacement. Formula 1 and responsible weight management covers preparation and a sample routine, and we can talk you through serving sizes on the label.

Do Herbalife products have side effects?

Use every product as directed on its label. Read the ingredients and allergen information first: some products contain milk, soy, fish, or caffeine. If a product does not agree with you, stop using it and speak to your doctor. We do not give medical advice.
