Herbalife Herbal Control, 90 tablets, is a tea extract tablet with caffeine. The pack calls it Camellia sinensis extract tablets, made with black, green and oolong tea extracts, and Herbalife India's directions are one tablet twice a day, so a bottle lasts 45 days.
Each tablet declares 110 mg of ginger extract, 83 mg of green tea extract, 80 mg of black tea extract, 80 mg of oolong tea extract, 10 mg of pomegranate extract powder and 82 mg of caffeine on the label. Herbalife compares 82 mg to about the caffeine in a single cup of coffee. At two tablets a day, that is 164 mg of caffeine.
The allergen line reads contains soy and wheat, and the label does not say which ingredient carries them. The label declares no fibre. In the United States, Herbalife sells a similar product as Total Control, which is why older web addresses use that name.

People sensitive to caffeine and anyone with a medical condition should consult with a physician before using this product. This product is not to be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
