Our commitment

This Privacy Policy explains how HerbalProductKart collects, uses, and looks after personal information when you browse the catalogue or express Interest. We aim to be clear with visitors and careful as operators: we only ask for what we need to respond helpfully, we do not sell your details, and you can ask us to correct or delete what we hold.

Who we are

HerbalProductKart is operated by an Independent Herbalife Nutrition Associate. This website is not the official Herbalife website and is not Herbalife International’s corporate web presence. Enquiries are handled personally by the Associate (and people they authorise to help respond), not by a corporate call centre on this domain.

What information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us, plus limited technical usage data that helps us keep the site useful. This site does not create user accounts, does not run a shopping cart, and does not take payments online.

Interest / Lead form

When you submit the I'm Interested form, we receive the details you enter so we can follow up:

• Name — so we can address you respectfully.
• Phone number — so we can call or message you about your enquiry.
• Email address — an alternative way to reply if phone or WhatsApp is not suitable.
• Product of interest (required on some product pages; otherwise optional) — so we can focus on what you asked about.
• Message (optional) — any context you want us to know.

By submitting the form, you ask us to use these details to respond to your Interest. Please only share information that is accurate and that you are comfortable discussing with us.

WhatsApp and phone

If you contact us through WhatsApp or by phone, we will see the number and message content you send. WhatsApp / Meta process that channel under their own terms and privacy notices. We use the conversation to answer your questions and continue a respectful follow-up — not to broadcast marketing lists.

Site analytics (Google Analytics 4)

On the live website we may use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the catalogue is used (for example pages viewed, approximate location derived by Google, device or browser type, and session length). This helps us improve navigation and content. Interest form fields (name, phone, email, message) are not sent to Google Analytics as part of that form submission.

Google acts as a service provider for this analytics data under its own policies. You can limit analytics cookies with browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

What we do not collect here

• Payment card or UPI details through this website.
• Government ID numbers as a condition of browsing or submitting Interest.
• Sensitive health diagnoses — please do not send medical records through the form; if you have health questions, discuss them with a qualified professional and share only what you are comfortable saying in a product enquiry.

How we use your information

We use personal information you provide to:

• Respond to your Interest with product information and personalised assistance.
• Follow up by phone, email, or WhatsApp in a way that matches how you contacted us.
• Keep a simple record of the enquiry so we do not lose context if the conversation continues.
• Protect the site and our stakeholders from abuse (for example repeated spam submissions).
• Improve the catalogue experience using aggregated analytics where enabled.

We do not sell or rent your contact details. We do not use Interest form data for automated credit, employment, or similar decisions. If you ask us to stop contacting you about an enquiry, we will honour that and keep only what we may need for a short period to show we respected the request (for example, a note that you asked not to be contacted again).

Who else may see your information

To run a static site and respond to Interest, we rely on a small set of service providers. They receive only what is needed for their role:

• FormSubmit — forwards Interest form submissions to our email. Their handling of data in transit is described in FormSubmit’s privacy policy. We do not control FormSubmit’s infrastructure; we choose it as a practical way to deliver your message to us.
• Email and hosting providers — store or transmit messages and the website files as part of ordinary operation.
• WhatsApp / Meta — if you choose that channel.
• Google — for analytics on the live site, as described above.

We may also share information if the law requires it, or if we must protect visitors, the Associate, or others from serious harm or fraud. We will not treat a routine product enquiry as a reason to publish your details.

Care, retention, and your choices

We take reasonable steps appropriate to a small Independent Associate operation — for example limiting who can access Lead details and using reputable providers. No online service is perfectly secure; if we learn of a serious incident that affects your personal information, we will take appropriate steps and inform you where we should.

We keep enquiry details only as long as they are useful for follow-up, quality of service, or a short record that we closed the conversation properly. When they are no longer needed, we delete or de-identify them from our working records.

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop follow-up contact. Email hello@herbalproductkart.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to confirm it is you before changing or deleting records. Some limited information may remain in backups or email archives for a period; we will not use that leftover copy to keep marketing to you after you have asked us to stop.

This site is aimed at adults seeking product information. If you believe a child has submitted personal details, contact us and we will remove them from our working records promptly.

Changes to this policy

If our practices change in a meaningful way, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date. For important changes, we may also highlight the update on the site where practical. We encourage you to review this page occasionally. Continuing to use the site after an update means the revised policy applies to new visits and new Interest submissions from that point; it does not rewrite promises we already made about information you shared earlier, except where the law allows or requires an update.
