Agreement in plain terms

These Terms of Use set expectations for both sides. HerbalProductKart offers a product catalogue and Interest capture service operated by an Independent Herbalife Nutrition Associate. You get transparent browsing and a way to ask for help; we get permission to respond when you reach out, and protection against misuse of the site.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an Interest form. This page is written for clarity; it is not formal legal advice for every situation.

This website is not the official Herbalife International or Herbalife Nutrition website. It is independently operated. Product information is for general awareness and conversation — not a substitute for labels, professional advice, or Herbalife’s own official materials.

Catalogue and Interest model

This site does not offer online checkout, a shopping cart, payment processing, or automated order fulfilment. No purchase is completed on this website. Submitting Interest means you would like product information or personalised assistance; it is not a binding order.

How the Interest path works:

1. You browse the catalogue and decide what you would like to know more about.
2. You submit the I'm Interested form (or contact us another way we offer, such as WhatsApp).
3. We follow up personally with information and assistance, in good faith and at a reasonable pace.
4. Any purchase, membership, or ordering arrangement happens separately through normal Herbalife channels and is subject to those terms — not to a checkout on this site.

We will treat your enquiry with care. You agree to provide contact details you are authorised to use, and to tell us if you no longer want follow-up on that enquiry.

Informational content and wellness boundaries

Product descriptions, category names, and supporting copy are for general informational and wellness-awareness purposes. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and they are not a promise of a particular health outcome.

Always read the official product label and consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any nutrition or supplement programme — especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition. Where content on this site differs from an official product label or manufacturer documentation, the label and official documentation govern.

The operator acts as an Independent Herbalife Nutrition Associate, not as an employee or corporate agent of Herbalife International Inc. or its subsidiaries for the purpose of running this website. Herbalife® and Herbalife Nutrition® are registered trademarks of their respective owners and appear here to identify products the Associate may discuss with you.

Nothing on this site creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between you and Herbalife, or between you and the Associate, beyond the ordinary expectation that we will respond courteously to Interest you submit.

Fair use of the site

You may browse the catalogue for personal, non-abusive purposes. Please do not:

• Submit false, harassing, or spam Interest forms, or scrape the site in a way that harms service for others.
• Attempt to break into, overload, or interfere with hosting, forms, or analytics.
• Misrepresent yourself as the Associate, as Herbalife corporate, or as HerbalProductKart staff.
• Use site content to build a competing catalogue for commercial gain without permission.

We may refuse or stop follow-up on abusive enquiries, and we may limit access where needed to protect visitors, the Associate, or the service — while still aiming to stay available for genuine Interest.

Intellectual property

Original site copy, layout, and design elements belonging to HerbalProductKart remain with the operator unless otherwise stated. Product names, imagery, and branding remain with Herbalife Nutrition or their rightful owners and are used to identify products in line with Independent Associate practice.

You may share links to pages on this site for personal reference. Please do not copy substantial site content for commercial publication or pass it off as your own without written permission from us (and, where product assets are involved, respect the brand owner’s rules as well).

Responsibilities and limits

Our side. We will operate the catalogue and Interest path in good faith, keep Associate disclosure visible, avoid presenting this site as Herbalife’s official website, and handle Leads with reasonable care as described in our Privacy Policy. We work to keep information accurate, but catalogue details can change (packaging, availability, or wording) and temporary errors can occur.

Your side. You are responsible for how you use the information on this site, for the accuracy of details you submit, and for decisions you make about health, diet, or any purchase arranged off this website.

Shared limits. To the extent allowed by applicable law, HerbalProductKart and its operator are not liable for losses that result from: relying on catalogue copy instead of official labels or professional advice; decisions or purchases made outside this website; outages or acts of third-party services (hosting, forms, messaging, analytics); or events beyond reasonable control. The site is provided on a practical “as available” basis for information and enquiry.

Nothing in these terms is meant to exclude or limit responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to exclude — including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or other duties that cannot legally be waived. Where liability can be limited, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted.

Good faith, governing law, and disputes

Subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you, disputes about these terms or use of this website will be handled by courts of competent jurisdiction in India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or the law requires clearer wording. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. For meaningful changes we will update this page and, where practical, signal the change on the site. Continued use after an update applies the new terms to later visits and new Interest submissions. It does not quietly rewrite closed matters already settled between us, except where the law requires.
