For the eating basics that hold at every age, read How Much Protein Do You Need a Day?, which also covers protein later in life.

Eating after 50

Most daily needs stay at the adult level after 50. Calcium is 1,000 mg a day, or 1,200 mg for women after menopause, vitamin D goes up, and B12 from food becomes harder to absorb. What Changes in Your Nutrition After 50? plans a calcium day in Indian portions, says where Herbalife Calcium Tablets fit when food falls short, and covers what to do when a parent eats very little.

PCOS and planning a pregnancy

PCOS affects an estimated 10 to 13% of women of reproductive age, and many have never been diagnosed. PCOS and Fertility explains how it changes ovulation, why it does not rule out pregnancy, and how a diagnosis is made, including lean PCOS in Indian women.
