When a supplement belongs beside your meals

Read these before a tub or a strip of tablets joins the shelf. Each post sets a supplement next to the food it is meant to top up, so you can see whether there is a gap. Formula 1 and Afresh are read from the facts on the Indian packs.

Name the gap, then read the pack

Start by naming what food is not covering. The posts then show what a powder, a tablet, or a drink adds, using the Indian pack where the post is about one.

Vitamins and protein, from the plate outward

Do You Need a Multivitamin Every Day? is the check before a daily tablet. What protein powder actually does is the check before a tub, when meals have not covered the day's protein.

Fibre words on a label

Is It Fibre, a Prebiotic, or a Probiotic? reads the ingredient list and separates a fibre, a prebiotic, and a probiotic. Triphala and aloe come up where those names are on the pack.

Reading an Indian pack

Herbalife Formula 1 and Afresh are two packs read from the India label. The Formula 1 Shake guide covers ingredients, preparation, and flavours, including Formula 1 in Kulfi. The Afresh guide compares the India flavours and the caffeine in a serving, including Afresh Natural Tulsi.
